The intention is to hold this meeting each Sunday to make space for you. As individuals, professionals, parents and/or Lifebookers master this skill, Adele is ALWAYS looking for others to assist in running or assisting with this weekly meeting. Please reach out to me in the community if you are interested.
Otherwise, attendees should spend time with each other in this space to support and assist each other during the hour.
These workshops will NOT be recorded as they may contain personal and professional schedules. The Zoom will end at the end of the hour.
Please print the attached weekly grid or bring your own calendar. You will need your calendar, pencils, goals and 12 sacred choices to be able to plan into your week. If you are still struggling with Mastery concepts, no worries. Just show up. This is why we are holding these sessions – to teach you! Please use pencils that can erase as you will learn how to move your habits, routines and systems to better suit your needs.

Adele Frost has a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Connecticut, specializing in Rehabilitation Psychology. She has been in the Human and Social Services Field, for both the Private and Public Sectors, over the past 30 years. Her experience has included coordinating Supports and Services in the areas of Residential, Day Program, Employment, Community Access and Healthcare for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Health, Dual Diagnoses, Autism, Forensics, and Drug Addiction. At night and on the weekends, she crafts for her business, The Paper Fascinator, a paper party product store on Etsy and/or engages in Life Coaching others towards their Life Vision through personal development.
