During your 1st 1:1 Life Coaching Session, we discuss personalizing your sessions with either the path of AFISA Elements of Pain to Personal Development or we'll move directly into personal development.
If we are starting with the AFISA Elements of Pain to Personal Development, we will use the AFISA Elements Personal Health Plan Tool to move through barriers in the elements of physical, emotional, mental mindset and/or spirituality. We will develop daily habits, routines and systems to help you overcome your diagnoses and pain. This plan does include working with your healthcare professionals for a comprehensive approach to overcoming pain. (Please note: Adele is not a licensed doctor nor professional. The life coaching sessions are educational in nature and do not substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological or any other healthcare support.)
If we are moving towards the path of personal development, we will start by completing your Identity Card, discussing the CVPS sheets (Category, Vision, Purpose and Strategy), and discussing the use of the Extraordinary Life Vision Daily Planner. We will complete the Identity Card Game then directly move into filling out the CVPS as best we can during the 90 minute session. Your homework will involve completing the sheets yourself or filling them out as best you can.

I do recommend using the Extraordinary Life Vision Daily Planner for planning, journaling and accountability purposes which we will discuss during this first life coaching session.
I love intellectual engagement, provoking thought and giving you "homework" to motivate you and challenge your growth. The spirit of my lifecoaching sessions are to support you in your journey towards your best self and cheering you along the way when you need it the most. While I understand sessions can touch upon past traumas and emotional topics, in future life coaching sessions, we will discuss different perspectives, alternative ways of thinking, methods of feedback, emotional intelligence and positive intelligence. We will develop methods for de-escalating, de-stressing, reflection, self-regulating, proactive strategies and preventative strategies to what does not serve you.
These sessions are not recorded. Content discussed is controlled by you, the speaker. You choose to disclose personal information or not. These sessions are NOT counseling sessions. These sessions are educational in content. The information you disclose will be held in confidence unless it hurts you or another person at which time discussions of 911, assistance and/or next steps may be recommended. Please seek alternative mental health treatment with licensed therapeutic professionals.
You get to schedule these appointments at will based on our availability. We will use the Kajabi platform for our sessions unless you want to use Zoom.
